The Boatbuilders Yard is a waterfront bar and café located in South Wharf that brings a new style of relaxed and informal European-style eating and drinking to Melbourne.
We've got a huge beer garden conveniently located next to Polly Woodside and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Boatbuilders Yard is positioned at the top of the South Wharf Promenade 10 minutes from Melbourne's CBD.
The venue has spectacular views of the city and excellent function spaces perfect for:

The Boatbuilders Yard is open 7 days a week from 7am until late.
Bookings are not necessary as we have seating for over 500 people. However, a limited number of reservations are taken each day prior to 4pm. Call 9686 5088. Note there is no table service and bookings are not taken via email.
